Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Is this suitable for multiple cats or kittens?
A: The listing markets it for multi-cat households, but minimum age, minimum weight, and maximum cat size are not specified. Confirm the manufacturer's full suitability requirements before use, especially for kittens. Multiple cats may require more frequent maintenance.

Q: Which cat litter can I use?
A: The description lists bentonite, mineral, and compatible mixed litters and specifically excludes tofu litter. Follow the manual's approved granule sizes, litter types, and fill levels.

Q: How do I connect and operate the app?
A: Use a compatible 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network and follow the supplied pairing instructions. The listing describes remote cleaning, scheduling, usage trends, and full-bin alerts. Check the actual box regularly rather than relying only on notifications.

Q: How should I check the sensors and clean the liner?
A: Complete the manufacturer's detection checks before enabling automatic operation. Keep sensors clean and never bypass detection to force a cycle. Follow the manual when removing and washing the liner; keep electrical parts dry and stop use if detection is unreliable.

Q: What is included in the Gray Full Kit?
A: The option is labeled Gray Full Kit, but its additional contents are not itemized in the available text. A removable waste tray and washable liner are described as product features. Confirm the selected package's contents before assuming extra bags, mats, or accessories are included.

Q: Is this a useful gift for a cat owner?
A: It can be a practical holiday or housewarming gift for someone seeking less manual scooping. Check their cat's suitability, litter preference, available space, and 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi access before ordering. Automatic cleaning still requires regular waste disposal and maintenance.
