Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Which cats is this motion sensor tail toy intended for?
A: It is intended for indoor cats who enjoy batting and pouncing games and are comfortable with sudden sounds. Introduce the movement gradually and stop if your cat seems frightened.
Q: How does the toy activate?
A: The supplied description says the motion sensor activates when your cat approaches, with a listed sensing distance of 4 feet. Position it according to the device instructions and test it before play.
Q: How do I secure the suction cup?
A: Clean and dry a smooth, nonporous surface. Slightly dampen the suction cup rim, press the center firmly and hold for 10–15 seconds, as described in the supplied directions. Avoid rough, curved or porous surfaces such as painted walls, wood and fabric. Check the hold before each session.
Q: Is this a suitable gift for a cat owner?
A: It can be a fun gift for an owner who supervises play and has a suitable mounting surface. Confirm that their cat is comfortable with motorized movement and sudden sounds.
Q: What accessories and bundle options are listed?
A: The description lists a replacement fluffy tail teaser. Current options are Default and Set A, whose label adds a FIFA Soccer Cat Wand. Do not assume the wand comes with Default; charging cable inclusion is not specified in the available text.
Q: Can my cat play with it while I am away?
A: Supervise use despite the automatic activation. Inspect the toy and teaser before play, remove damaged parts and put it away afterward to reduce small-part and entanglement risks. It is a pet enrichment toy, not a children's STEM product.
