Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Can both cats and dogs use this rolling ball?
A: The toy is listed for cats and dogs, but may not suit large or heavy-chewing dogs. Choose it only when the ball and tail suit your pet's size and play habits, and supervise every session.

Q: How do I turn it on and change the lights?
A: Hold the power button for three seconds to switch it on or off. A short press cycles Blue, Purple and Green lighting modes. Follow the supplied guide for any additional controls.

Q: Is this a useful birthday or holiday gift for a pet household?
A: It can be a playful gift for a cat or suitable small dog whose owner can supervise string-toy play. A Pumpkin Halloween option is listed alongside the color choices. Select the desired variant carefully.

Q: Why might a USB-C charger not charge the toy?
A: The listing notes that some Apple USB-C chargers and USB-C to USB-C cables may be incompatible. Use the included cable or a compatible USB-A to USB-C setup, follow the charging instructions and disconnect the cable before play.

Q: What accessories are included?
A: A charging cable and two extra tails are listed. Screw the tail securely into the ball, inspect it before each session and replace loose or damaged attachments. A wall adapter is not confirmed as included.

Q: Can my pet play with the string tail unattended?
A: No. Supervise to prevent swallowing or entanglement and do not use the toy for chewing. Stop use if parts loosen or become damaged, then store the ball and tails out of reach after play. This is pet enrichment equipment, not a children's STEM learning toy.
