Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Will this backpack fit my cat or small dog?
A: It is suggested for pets under 17 pounds. Compare body measurements with the listed 13 x 8 x 18 inch dimensions and confirm usable interior space. Weight alone does not establish a comfortable fit.
Q: Is this carrier airline approved?
A: Universal approval is not established. Requirements depend on the airline, aircraft and route, and the listed 18-inch height may not fit a particular under-seat allowance. Confirm before travel.
Q: Is it a practical gift for a cat owner?
A: It can suit an owner planning supervised outings or vet visits. Confirm pet size, comfort with enclosed carriers and preferred color. A power bank must be supplied separately.
Q: How do I introduce my pet and use the fan?
A: Let your pet explore the stationary carrier at home before short supervised trips. Connect a compatible power bank as instructed, test the fan and adjust airflow with the knob. Keep openings clear and check your pet frequently.
Q: Is a battery or power bank included?
A: A separate power bank is required and is not included. Check the manufacturer's power compatibility instructions before use.
Q: Does the fan provide air conditioning, and how do I clean the carrier?
A: The fan circulates air; it is not air conditioning or a guarantee against overheating. Avoid hot conditions and direct sun, and never leave your pet unattended. Disconnect power before cleaning and do not immerse electrical components.
